What is the delivery time for any purchase made online?

In Rankoussi Store we have two types of products, the readymade products the will be next day delivery and the custom-made products it can take maximum 5 to 7 working days for production and delivery within Qatar. International orders may vary depending on shipping time.

Is delivery free and what is the minimum amount of purchase is required for free of charge delivery?

For delivery and fixing any furniture the minimum purchase should be above QR 100 to avail the free service within Qatar. International Shipping is calculated on a case by case basis.

If the purchase amount is less than the minimum amount required for free of charge delivery then what will be the charge for that delivery?

If the purchase amount is less than QR 100, then an additional amount of 20 QR will be charged for the delivery.

Will there be an option for express delivery on any extra cost. If so then what will be the cost?

At Rankoussi Store, we consider all the shipments as our high priority and try to deliver within 5 to 7 working days. Hence, express delivery is currently not available.

Is there cash on delivery facility available? If so, what will be the additional charges?

Cash on Delivery facility is available with the same minimum purchase amount above (QR 100) without any additional charges.

Is there any limit on the weight of the product that i can purchase online?

No, there is no limit on the weight of the product to shop online.

Can i cancel the order before the scheduled delivery date? If so then how will be the refund process?

No, cancellation will not be available once orders are confirmed. Most of our products are made to order and our production starts immediately as soon as orders are received, please check the cancellation policy.

Can i cancel or exchange the product at the time of delivery? If so, will there be any additional charges?

How can a product be considered for a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation, if an issue is found post-delivery?

If an item is found faulty, you have 48 hours to request a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation. We can collect the order for free or you can drop the item at the nearest store location and request repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.

What if i receive an incorrect product? Can the correct product be delivered on priority?

In a circumstance where the wrong item gets delivered, we will make it our priority to deliver the correct item within 48 hours.

How can i fix a convenient delivery schedule?

Our Logistics team will call one day before the planned date of delivery and you can suggest your convenient day and time.

What if i am unavailable at the time of delivery, which was scheduled after checking my convenience? Can i reschedule the delivery? Will there be any charges for the same?

Yes, you can reschedule the date of delivery and time free of charge. Sure, you can specify the nominated person who will receive your delivery on your behalf at the time of fixing delivery schedule with our logistics team via call. The nominated person must present the Order confirmation message (email or sms), QID or Passport.

Can i change the delivery address after i have purchased the product online?

Yes, you can call our customer service at +974 4417 0219 and inform us about the changes in the delivery address.

RETURNS

You may cancel your Order within 48 hours after the date of delivery and request for a return.

The customer agrees to present with the request for refund or replacement the goods unused and in good condition and with the original wrapping along with the original of purchase invoice. The company shall not be held liable for any delay in presenting the request pursuant to Terms and conditions.

REFUND

After the receipt of the returned order, we will Refund the cost of the purchased Products within 5-7 days via bank transfer. Refund will be done on the same card that was used while purchasing the products online.

DAMAGED

You may also cancel your Order if the Products are damaged faulty or not as described, in such case we will refund the delivery cost as well.
