• Enjoy free shipping on all orders over QAR 150 at your doorstep.
• If your total order value is less than QAR 150 Riyals, a shipping fee of QAR15 Riyals will be applied.
• Free delivery in store Pick-up : You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up at our showroom.
• Your orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days.
• Failure to accept delivery or remain reachable within 14 days may result in the cancellation of your order, with a refund being issued accordingly.
• Our primary goal is to provide an enhanced experience and make every effort to ensure timely delivery. Nevertheless, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to variations in your scheduled delivery slot or necessitate a delay in delivering your products. In such instances, we will promptly notify you within a reasonable timeframe.
